Meet the Founders
Paul (B.A., Columbia University, M.P.S., NYU Interactive Telecommunications Program) is a seasoned content strategist and brand architect who led user-facing content at YouTube after an earlier tenure at Google in advertising and growth strategy. At YouTube, he owned the content lifecycle for Shorts, Live, Premieres, Gaming and more—crafting launch-day help articles and in-product messaging that reached millions of creators worldwide. Prior to that, Paul honed his skills at as a founder of a boutique creative agency, developing artist/brand identities and integrated campaigns for his clients. At Formant, he defines growth frameworks, sharpens brand narratives, and ensures every campaign resonates deeply with target audiences.
Elliott (B.A., Dartmouth College) is the driving force behind our client partnerships and operational excellence. Leveraging his deep Google Ads strategy experience, he architects powerful client onboarding and optimization playbooks, handling daily ad spends from $500 to $200,000. His success includes dramatically improving incremental ROAS and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) for commerce clients. Elliott also possesses a strong command of the lead gen vertical, adeptly guiding clients to map their lead-to-sale journey and optimize for qualified leads. His passion for data-driven storytelling and keen eye for creative execution enable our teams to transform insights into campaigns that consistently surpass industry benchmarks.
